Pathway integrates with Feefo to help brokers automatically collect verified customer reviews after key client interactions, such as policy events or claim closures.
How the Integration Works
The integration is triggered by specific policy or claim events, such as:
- Policy renewals
- New business policies
- Claim closures
When the campaign runs, Pathway automatically replaces a merge tag in the email with a Feefo Smart Link.
This Smart Link contains the required transaction information (such as policy or claim details), allowing the client to easily leave a verified review.
Once the client submits their feedback, the review is logged directly in Feefo.
Setup Process
To enable the integration:
- Let the Pathway team know that you want to enable the Feefo integration.
- Our technical team will contact Feefo to obtain your Smart Link credentials (you must have an active Feefo account).
- The credentials are added to your Pathway account.
Once configured, the integration works automatically as part of your email campaigns.
Data Shared with Feefo
When a review request is sent, the following information is included in the Smart Link:
- Client name and email
- Transaction reference (Policy ID or Claim ID)
- Transaction date (e.g., policy renewal date or claim open/close date)
- Policy type
- Assigned handler and/or account executive
This information allows Feefo to associate the review with the correct transaction and team member.
