How to create a Segment (client list) in Pathway

To send an email blast in Pathway, you must first create a segment (sub-list) within your BMS Sync List. Segments allow you to filter and target the correct group of contacts for your campaign.

Steps to Create a Segment

1. Navigate to Contacts
2. Open your BMS Sync List
3. In the top right corner, click Add Segment
4. Configure your filters to define your target audience

Filters ensure you include only the relevant contacts for your email campaign. You can combine multiple filters to refine your segment further.

For example, all property owners who live in ON. 

If needed, you can download this list and review it outside of Pathway. 

Note: Please ensure the recipient email address is added in Settings → Profile → Email Address and has been confirmed.
