If your flow has been active for 1–2 weeks (or longer, based on your preference), and you have confirmed that:
- All content is generating correctly (including merge tags, email links, and CTA buttons), and
- Emails are properly writing back to your BMS (note that not all BMS platforms support two-way sync),
You are ready to automate your campaign.
To automate a campaign (turn off Dispatch), navigate to Campaigns → Flows and click the Toggle button.
You will be prompted to confirm your decision. To proceed, click Disable.
Please note: Automation only applies to emails generated from this point forward. Any emails currently in Dispatch must be approved manually.
