If you are sending renewal emails, you probably created survey questions according to your preferences.
It is important to remember that you need to have one survey per workflow. Which means that for separate lines of business, you need to create separate surveys.
Each survey will have a specific ID. To make that survey a part of your email, you need to add an appropriate link to the Call to Action button.
To do that, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Go to Email → More → Edit
Step 2: Click on Design → Edit
Step 3: Scroll down to the Call to Action button and click on it
Step 4: Add your Survey ID and click Submit
If you are not sure what your Survey ID is, please check with your CSM.
