The email preview mode in Pathway allows you to send a test email of the template you have been working on and check how it looks for the customer.
If you tried to send yourself a test email and noticed that it’s not coming into your inbox, there is a strong chance that an SPF record is set on your domain and is blocking the emails. An SPF record is a Sender Policy Framework record used to prevent spammers from sending unauthorized emails that abuse your domain name.
If you are not sure about using an SPF record, please ask your system administrator to confirm. If an SPF record is set, please reach out to your Success Manager in Pathway so he/she can provide you with the IP address of the Pathway server, which your administrator can use to update the SPF record. Once the record is updated please try to send a test email again. If you are still experiencing the issue reach out to your Success Manager for assistance.
