If you want to use the Online Review Series workflow or the Net Promoter Score (NPS) workflow, one of the most important things you need to do is set up the Feedback forms.
This is how you would do it:
Step 1: Prepare your review links (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, feefo).
Step 2: Log in to your Pathway account, go to Settings and click on 'Online reviews'.
Step 3: Once there, you will be able to see the 'Feedback Forms'.
You can add as many as you want depending if you want to have different NPS campaigns for different branches.
Click on ‘Feedback Form’ and it will open up fields for you to populate depending on where you want your customers to give you a ratting (Google Reviews, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, feefo).
You can use all three platforms or just one. If you want to use only one just put the link in the correct field you wish to use and delete the other links.
Give the Form a name so we can distinguish which one should we use in case we have more NPS campaigns.
If you have multiple branches you have an option to select for which branch should this Feedback Form be.
Step 4: Go back to the Edit mode of the email and click on the Net Promoter Block and choose the feedback form that you would like to use click submit and now we have the desired link to pup up!
