How users authenticate to access all Kiosk features

If your brokerage is utilizing Self-Service Kiosk, your customers can access their e-documents and ePinkSlips through the Progressive Web App (PWA) on their mobile devices, or the desktop Widget on your website.

Customers are allowed to access the Chat and Get a Quote features without being asked to authenticate themselves. However, to access eDocs, report a Claim, or send a Payment, they will need to complete a quick authentication process.

To simplify the authentication process, Pathway does not require customers to create an account and password. Instead, customers are prompted to enter their email address so they can receive either a PIN (iPhone and Widget users) or hyperlink (Android users). The email address they provide must be on file in the BMS for them to receive the authentication email.
