If someone attempts to sign up to your InsureVault app too many times with incorrect data, they will be temporarily prevented from trying again. However, there is something you can do, you can reset their pin and email attempts.
- Go to your Contacts page
- Click on the BMS Sync List
- In the Search bar on the right, type in the client code, name, or email of the client in question
- Click on the client
- On the client screen, click on InsureVault
- Under Options, choose Reset pin and email attempts
