If you are having trouble with anything Pathway related, there are several places where you can find help.
- Our Knowledge Base. Here you can find a plethora of articles that answer some of the most commonly asked questions and explain the basics of Pathway.
- Our Slack community. You can always reach out to us via Slack and ask specific questions. Someone will always be online to address your concerns. A link to our Slack community is also available from your Pathway account. Look for the chat icon at the bottom right in your Pathway account.
- Integrated chat. It can be accessed through our homepage at the bottom right. When you click on it, you can send us instant messages right there and ask us a question.
