Pathway has direct policy documents integration with Powerbroker, SigXP, EPIC, and TAM. TBW users can have their policy documents synced with Pathway though CSIO.
The documents we receive from BMSes with direct integration, are the only ones added automatically through daily sync, and this also includes documents that were manually created in the BMS.
When Pathway syncs policy documents through CSIO, only CSIO generated documents are added automatically through daily sync.
There is however an option to add the documents manually and here's how:
- In your Pathway account navigate to Contacts section in the left sidebar
- Within your BMS Sync List search for a contact you want to add a specific document to
- Click on the contact and navigate to Self-Service tab and then select Documents
- Drag and Drop the document to the category/section it's related with
Policy documents added like this will be accessible to your clients in the Self Service Kiosk.
