1. Go to Settings:

   • Navigate to Settings > Abeyances > Settings.

2. Check Workflow Type:

   • Find the relevant workflow (e.g., "Renewal Process").

   • Ensure Surveys are set to Activities and Abeyances.

3. Enable Writeback:

   • If set to Disabled or Activities, update it to Activities and Abeyances.
