Flows & Automation

Enhanced automation and smarter triggers: This update refines date-based activations, introduces a new Quote Request trigger, improves personalization with better merge tag support, optimizes survey filtering, and enhances workflow efficiency with Feefo integration and NPS workflow refinements.

  • Custom Date Trigger Improvements:
    Now activates only if the start date is in the future. Same-day activations are no longer supported.
  • New Trigger Type – Quote Request (RFQ):
    Added a new trigger option for Quote Requests.
  • Custom Date Type Enhancements:
    UI now includes an option to trigger only once per email address.
  • Email Alert Action Updates:
    Improved support for trigger-based merge tags for better personalization.
  • Survey-Based Filtering Fix:
    Resolved an issue where the "Exclude By Survey Completion" filter was not handling negative conditions correctly.
  • Email Slider Optimization:
    Now calculates, caches, and displays totals for selected subcontact types.
  • Journey Action - Abeyance Updates:
    Policy number is now correctly displayed on the "outgoing abeyances" page.
  • Feefo Integration:
    New Feefo merge tags added for easy integration with customer review workflows.
  • NPS Workflow Optimization:
    Steps reworked to reduce fake clicks while maintaining high engagement.

 

Email Editor Enhancements

Enhanced email customization with new fonts, improved test email visibility, fixed subject formatting for quoted words, and increased GIF size limits for better visual content.

  • New Fonts Added:
    Domine, Poppins, and Inter are now available in the Email Editor.

  • Test Email Fix:
    Resolved an issue where the custom message in test emails was not visible in the sent version.

  • Email Subject Fix:
    Quoted words in email subjects now display correctly in sent emails.

  • GIF Size Increase:
    Maximum file size for GIFs increased from 2MB to 5MB.


Merge Tags & Personalization

Improved email personalization with gender-specific salutations, enhanced merge tags for better accuracy, dynamic premium calculation tags with fallback values, and a fix for French date formatting based on contact language.

  • New Gender-Specific Salutations:
    {|recipient:|dear_gender|} and {|recipient:|dear_gender_FR|} now generate gendered salutations such as “Dear” or “Cher Monsieur/Chère Madame” in English and French.

  • Enhanced Email Alert Tags:
    {|flow:|name|} tag added for improved personalization.

  • Quote Request Merge Tag Fix:
    Ensures only the correct request details are rendered when multiple Quote Requests match an email.

  • Policy Merge Tags Update:
    “New Client” triggers now correctly include policy details.

  • New Dynamic Premium Calculation Tags:{|calculated:QuoteRequest,ADDITIONAL_64957,113|rq_monthly_premium|}{|calculated:QuoteRequest,ADDITIONAL_64957,244|monthly_indicative_premium|}
    Supports fallback values when fields are empty.

  • French Date Format Fix:
    Now correctly formats dates based on contact language, ignoring contact country.


Reports & Dashboards

  • Scheduled Reports Fix:
    Resolved an issue where the "Next send time" for scheduled reports was being changed incorrectly.

Form Builder & Surveys

  • New Fonts Added to Survey Builder:
    Domine, Poppins, and Inter are now available for forms and surveys.

  • Email Notification Fix for CSRs:
    Resolved an issue where certain CSR email notifications were not being sent.


Contacts & Policy Management

  • Policy Popups Update:
    Now displays additional vehicle and property rating fields where available.

Settings & Rules

  • Edoc Rules Update:
    Added a new manual input option for subcategory selection.

Plans & Payments

  • Credit Card Page Fix:
    Resolved an issue that caused the page to not load when adding a new card.

Integrations

Enhanced integrations across EPIC, Acturis, and PowerBroker now ensure more accurate data syncing, including phone numbers, vehicle ratings, property coverage, client language settings, and driver details. Acturis and PowerBroker updates improve payment tracking, contact distinctions, and risk assessments, while kiosk improvements enhance UK currency alignment and fix chat notifications.

EPIC Integration

  • Phone Numbers Now Included in Sync:
    Ensures all relevant contact details are carried over.

  • Vehicle Rating Fields Added to Sync:
    Now includes more details for improved policy assessments.

  • Property Coverage Mapping Update:
    Property Coverage (Cov/Deeds) is now correctly mapped.

  • Client Language Sync:
    Ensures accurate language settings for all clients.

Acturis Integration

  • New Field Mapping – Payment Chasers:
    "Do not send statement – yes/no" field added for better payment tracking.

  • Parent/Related Contacts Distinction:
    New "Is Parent" field added to differentiate between parent and related contacts.

  • Driver Data Now Included:
    Acturis sync now supports driver details for more comprehensive records.

  • Edoc Sync Fix:
    Now correctly skips electronic documents missing a creation (attachment) date.

PowerBroker Integration

  • Expanded Vehicle Sync Fields:
    Additional rating fields now included in vehicle sync, improving risk assessments and pricing models.

Kiosk Improvements

  • UK Currency and Labels Update:
    Adjustments made for better alignment with UK clients.
  • Chat Notification Fix:
    Resolved an issue where email notifications were not being sent when a contact starts a chat.
