FormBuilder

• Standalone Survey responses are now tracked within Pathway and can be downloaded.
• New option: Rating button and Rate Count.
• Add policy-level CSR and PRD recipient options.
• Survey links in 2-way writeback no longer allow submissions to avoid brokers submitting from the link in BMS.

Dataport

• Zapier integration is officially released! 🎉
• POST Activity no longer creates additional PATH activity on Epic.
• Added "follow up start date" as an option for Activity / Abeyance.

Flows

• One-click unsubscribe implementation, click here for more details.
• Action -> Send email alert now includes the "From Email" address field.
• Action -> Abeyance description now uses triggers of the flow so we can use the merge tags when writing back to the BMS
• New Trigger Type added: Opportunities.
• New Trigger Type added: Anniversary.
• Dispatch: When an email is paused, the resend option is disabled on the end-user side.

Filters

• New options:
  1. Exclude by Abeyance, almost as on Policy.
  2. Exclude by Policy Coverage.
  3. "Subscribed To."
  4. Multiple “Report Question->Is” conditions will be grouped.
  5. Exclude by Policy: "type - Same as on policy."
  6. Claim - new fields: type_code and cause_code (where available in sync).
• Optimized for faster loading times.

Merge Tags

• Premium Increase: IF merge tag blocks.
• Simple Comparisons in IF-blocks, e.g., {if: {|vehicle_coverages:1|premium|} > 10000 } Premium! {endif}
• IFNOT-blocks, e.g., {ifnot: {|vehicle_coverages:2|premium|} } No premium found {endif}
• Driver "parsed_name" merge tag for cleaner name output.
• Merge Data archival implemented for sent SMS as well.

Kiosk

• Request Change for "other" type will now generate Report and Activity for writeback.
• Now available in the UK.

Reports

• We have now started to calculate and store retention data in preparation for new report dashboards.
• Email Archive: Merge data will be archived for manual emails as well.
• Improvements in sync speeds for Report Question.
• Contact List Export now includes the Office (Branch) name in the CSV report.

Email Editor

• The calendar block now has the option to pick a language and update all texts based on the customer language in the BMS. Currently supports English and French
• Manual Emails now have the CC and BCC options.
• Fonts allow for more options and combinations.

Enterprise / Groups

• Group Accounts: Manage Users Page done, sharing options available for emails.
• Flow Templates: Group accounts can share Flow Templates with sub-accounts.
• Accounts in the same group can have their own subdomain.
• Enabled the "Account" page for CSR users to enable 2FA while hiding non-2FA options.

Contacts

• New Segmenting option: Create a segment based on an uploaded list of Customer Codes. Click here for more details.

Integrations

Epic:

• Policy status code 'RMV' is no longer considered a canceled policy.
• Significant improvements to sync speeds for Report Questions.
• ADC sync enabled. Data will be displayed in the Policy report question (for Policy level ADC) and Customer Report Question (for Contact level ADCs)
• Added SIC and NAICS (from Business Contact) to mapping for DataLake sync.

Acturis:

• Add support for NPS activity-type writeback.
• Branch address formatting was updated to separate items by a comma.
• Added support for Assignee, Status, and Type.
• Claim authority field mapped.
• Edocs sync is updated to show only the latest version of a document.
• Task to include Activity description to avoid default activities with just "Email Processed."
• Branch sync includes a full address.
• Enable email link writeback for "Delivered" events if "Activities & Abeyances" are enabled.
• New field: primary contact type.
• Map "other" Lapsed reason to "cancellation reason."
• Updated labels to be consistent with Acturis (UK or CA).

PowerBroker:

Map additional coverage from the Vehicle Coverage Details screen, including:
