In our Forms you can add logic, meaning that depending on how your clients answer to certain questions another follow up question can pop-up or not, making these forms dynamic and you wouldn't have to display all the questions at once. This way you wouldn't overwhelm your clients and they would only see questions that apply to them.
To add logic click on the question that should pop-up depending on the answer to the previous one and on the right corner click edit. Click on the 'Logic' tab.
You will have 3 options, Visible If, Enable If, Required if.
In our example we will use 'Visible If'. Select the question in which you want to use logic depending on the answer.
Setting it up like this - if the client answers with 'Yes' addition question 'Provide more information:' will pop-up. If the client answers with 'No' nothing will happen.
