To Save the Email as a template. Simply click on Email Chip -> Dropdown next to the Pause button -> Save as template. Remember this will save only email without filters.
If you wish to save Flow as a template, navigate to the More dropdown button on the top right corner.
This method saves the flow in the category of the original flow. You can check this if you click on Contacts -> Edit Segment:
Additionally, this method saves the filters as well.
