What are Inactive Clients?
As the name says, Inactive Contacts are customers that are in the Management System Sync List that you do not wish to use for communication.
These are usually long-time lost clients.
How to Inactivate Contacts:

To Make a contact Inactive (or multiple contacts) navigate to Contacts -> BMS Sync List -> Check the box next to the client's name.
- For easier navigation, we can use the search bar on the top right.
- Make inactive on the bottom right
- And finally, in the dialog box click OK.
How to Reactivate a Contact
To reactivate a contact instead of making it inactive, just click on "Make active" and the client will be able to start receiving emails or will be granted access to the Self-Service Kiosk.
